How many users can I invite?
You can invite the people around your activity — a partner, an accountant, a cleaner — each with a suitable role. HostDesk stays designed for the private host, with no over-engineering.
What roles and permissions exist?
Each member gets a role that bounds what they see: the owner has full access, the accountant accesses accounting and exports, the cleaner sees only their schedule. Everyone has just what they need.
Is the cleaner a user?
The cleaner usually goes through a dedicated public link, with no account, that only reveals their slots. See the Cleaning management page. You can also invite a member with a restricted role.
Can I give access to my accountant?
Yes, with a role limited to accounting and exports. They consult what they need without touching your bookings or your settings.
Are my platform logins shared?
